sitedia provides the service and your Pro access; Polar handles the payment, VAT and your receipt. Payment transactions are also governed by the Polar buyer terms. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Price and when you pay
3-month pass: £7.99. 1-year pass: £15.99. VAT included. Each is a single payment, made in advance when you buy. Nothing renews or is charged again automatically.
Payment methods
Credit or debit card. Apple Pay, Google Pay and other methods are shown at checkout where they are available to you.
Currency and VAT
The UK edition charges in pounds sterling. Prices include VAT at the UK rate (currently 20%). Polar works out the VAT from your billing address and shows it at checkout before you pay. If your card is in another currency, your card issuer's exchange rate and fees may apply.
Confirming your payment
Pro access is added to the account you are signed in with once the payment is confirmed. Some payment methods take a little longer. If you do not see Pro access after paying, do not pay again — contact us.
Receipts
Polar emails a receipt to the address you enter at checkout. If you need a VAT invoice with particular details, for example for an employer, ask us before you buy.
Payment data
Card details are handled by Polar and its payment processors. sitedia never receives your card number or security code. What sitedia and Polar exchange is set out in the privacy notice.
