How passes work
- No limit on the number of sites or diagrams during the pass period.
- A pass is a one-off payment. It does not renew and you are not charged again automatically. Buy again after it ends if you need it.
- If you buy a pass while another is active, the new period starts when the current one ends.
- A pass ends at the same time on the same date 3 months (or 1 year) later. If that month has no such date, it ends on the last day of the month.
- You must be 18 or over to buy a pass.
- When a pass ends, Pro features stop. Free features stay available.
- A pass is valid only in the edition where you buy it. A pass bought here covers sites in the UK edition; the Korean, US, Japanese and Spanish editions have their own passes.
- Concurrent jobs may be limited to protect the servers. Automated bulk requests and account sharing are not permitted.
Your files
sitedia does not keep your outputs in your account. Save the files you need to your own device. Files you have downloaded remain yours to use after the pass ends.
Before you buy
Try the free diagrams first to check the data for your site. Simulations are references for early-stage design; they do not replace assessments required for planning applications, Building Regulations or certification.
You can cancel within 14 days for a full refund — see Cancellation & refunds.
