sitedia (sitedia.app) is a tool you use without an account. It does not collect names, email addresses or phone numbers. What follows is the complete list of what it does collect.

| Locations you search | Addresses you type and coordinates you click are processed on the server only while your diagrams are being built. They are not written to the analytics database. They may appear briefly in server operating logs, which are deleted on a rolling basis. |
| IP address | Not stored in analytics. Held in memory only to rate-limit admin login attempts, then discarded. |
Usage records are never sold or shared. However, running the Service sends requests to the services below, and your browser's IP address is necessarily visible to them:
This site uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ad Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info. The operator does not receive personal information from Google through advertising. Google's handling of ad data follows its own policy.
Usage records are kept for operating statistics and deleted once they no longer serve that purpose. You can delete the visit cookie in your browser at any time; the Service works exactly the same without it.
If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you rights to know
about, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
sitedia does not sell or share personal information, and holds no
information that identifies you by name. Because the only identifier stored is a
random cookie value, a deletion request has to include that value so the record
can be found (browser developer tools → Application → Cookies →
sv). Email the address below and it will be removed.
The same applies to anyone else, in any jurisdiction, who wants their usage records deleted — just ask.
The Service is a professional tool and is not directed at children under 13, and no information is knowingly collected from them.
If this policy changes, the effective date at the top of this page is updated.
