sitedia provides the service and your access rights. Polar handles payment, tax, and receipts. Payment transactions are governed by the Polar buyer terms. Consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law are unaffected.
Payment methods
Korean cards and local wallets are supported, along with international cards. The methods available to you appear at checkout.
Currency and tax
The checkout screen shows the currency, tax, and final amount. If your card is issued in another currency, your issuer's exchange rate and fees apply.
Confirming your payment
Some wallet payments take time to settle after authorization. Access is granted once payment is confirmed. If you do not see access immediately, do not pay again — contact us.
Receipts
Polar emails an electronic receipt to the address you enter at checkout. If you need a specific tax document for an employer or institution, ask before purchasing.
